On VMWare Fusion 11.0.2, I recently created a Mojave VM from the installer that was downloaded on my Mac host (Install macOS Mojave.app).  When I run Chrome on the VM, every tab constantly refreshes, to the point where it can take several minutes to type into any form on the page.  Even on the chrome://settings page, the screen constantly reloads and makes it difficult to perform any actions.  This is especially noticeable on Gmail login.

The Mojave VM has 4 GB RAM and 2 cores assigned.  When the flickering is occuring, the VM still has at least 1.5 GB available to it with a CPU load of ~60% User, and 14% system.  The Mac host still has 3 GB available, with a CPU load of 6% User, 23% System, so the host is not straining to run the VM.

    VM: Mojave (10.14.2)

Chrome (Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit))

I suspect Chrome expects accelerated graphics.  OSX VM's don't have that capbility.

    Hi,

Yep, disable hardware acceleration and see if that helps.
