I would like to downgrade my personal license key, I have been given version 13 license key but can only install version 12. However, I do not have access to license key management page. Under products and accounts in customer connect I only see products and not accounts page. After clicking on the license management tab on the bottom of the page I get following message:

Your account doesn’t have permission to access this page. If you believe this is a mistake, please try again later.

You need to contact VMware Sales

Ahh, never mind - I missed the part about it being a free license.  See Paul's reply below.

Fusion personal use licenses are not listed in the Customer Connect license management since only purchased licenses appear there.

You are not able to downgrade a Fusion 13 personal use license to Fusion 12 like you can a purchased license. Instead, you can register for a new Fusion 12 personal use license at https://customerconnect.vmware.com/en/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal

The last version of v12 should support a v13 license.

Except if you want to run Fusion 12 on Catalina.  The last version of Fusion 12 (12.2.5) that accepts the version 13 license is not supported on Catalina. If you want to run on Catalina, you'll need to get the Fusion 12 personal use license and run 12.1.2.

    Ah yes, that is correct.
