Looking at the attached CA Plex Compatibility Matrix, it is stated that Windows 10 is not certifying Visual Studio 2013.

As per Microsoft compatibility matrix, Windows 10 is not certified Operating System for Visual Studio 2013.CA Plex is certified with Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2013 Professional (Update 5). Following internal testing in CA QA labs, there were no installation issues with Visual Studio 2013 Professional (Update 5) and Plex QA regression suite was successful.
Our customers are worried about developing Plex r7.2.1 on Windows 10 by looking at this.
In addition they have doubts why if Plex r7.2.1 certifies Windows 10, why did not adopt Visual Studio 2015 as a C ++ compiler.
They say that they can not purchase Visual Studio 2013 unless there is a certain reason to adopt Visual Studio 2013 for the C ++ compiler of Plex r 7.2.1, and they can not start development with Plex r 7.2.1.
Can anyone tell me why Visual Studio 2015 was not adopted as a C ++ compiler in Plex r7.2.1 and why Visual Studio 2013 was adopted?
Is it related from Visual studio 2015 that the .NET compiler has changed to Roslyn?
