Ok rules, but there is no connection to active directory

Hello community,

I have a query, I have a cluster of 3 deployed from aws, rules were created to communicate to an active directory, the client has already configured the rules to have communication through ports 636, 389, everything looks perfect but the pam cluster does not communicate they do not see trace or routes neither from aws nor from part of the client's communication area,  Has the same anomaly ever happened to you? What could validate that they are not AWS rules and firewall permissions?
