CONPARMX and Extended OPTIONS

Describes a way to leverage the data that feeds your processors' CONPARMX steps.

It is recommended to use a Syntax-checker processor for type OPTIONS. See attached GOPTIONS and Rexx routine ROPTIONS for example processor validations of OPTIONS elements.
