At the moment there is no set of documented steps and/or fully tested procedure to do this, it just can't be explained just using documentation without having previous knowledge about certain topics (cloud native nada, just to mention an example).
I'd recommend to contact your Pivotal Account Representative directly, and get in touch with Pivotal Professional Services to execute the migration.
