 how to fix the error: com.informatica.cloud.toolkit.utils.toolkitException when using Greenplum Informatica Connector 1.0.3 in informatica powercenter client

when i use click the selection: import from greenplum5 in  informatica powercenter client(designer),an error occur:com.informatica.cloud.toolkit.utils.toolkitException

what i want to do is extract data from oracle db to greenplum, i want to use Greenplum Informatica Connector 1.0.3 to configure the connection.
