Does pivotal has any template to assess the application for Pivotal Cloud Foundry migration? I am looking for excel kind of template where I can assess the current application in terms of moving it to Pivotal Cloud Foundry

I don't believe Pivotal provides this, at least not though our docs or Pivotal Support. The best I can suggest is this link, which you could use as a basis for your own spreadsheet.
