  • 1.  Can I deploy Tanzu Supervisor Cluster in Management domain (VCF)?

Hello, in VCF environment we have a management domain and some potential workload domains will come in the future.

Is it possible to enable Tanzu Supervisor Cluster in Management Domain? Or it requires only VI Workload Domains?

Thinking of vCenter, Workload Management just need a cluster, so it could be possible.

Although, in VCF documentation, I read that only clusters in VI Workload Domain can be chosen first and then the cluster.

Any idea on this? Is there any limitation or isses deploying Tanzu in Management?

In VMware webpage , it says it is for VI workload domain only (except if it is consolidated architecture, which is not in our case). This may validate the support by VMware, since it's not recommended to do that

right, VMware said you enable Tanzu in VI WLD, but you still enable Tanzu in MGMT without limitation, note that: edge nodes must be set to Large
