We are capturing our Switch Stats for 24 hours to check we have the loads balanced across 2 SAN fibre Switches.
We changed some paths on our disks, so that some go via Switch A and some via Switch B.
The ports show that 0MB was moving through the ports during that period - which is hard to believe.
I downloaded the latest 4.0.1 version, and ran the report for 2 hours. Whilst the report was generating, we logged onto the Switches and monitored the ports, and there was traffic passing through all of the switch ports. However, when the report came back the ports still showed 0MB.
Is there a problem with the report ?

You can see the actual throughput numbers collected during the performance capture portion by unhiding the raw data sheets. Right-click on the tabs at the bottom of the Excel and select "Unhide". Check to see if those captured numbers match what you saw when you manually connected and ran portperfshow. If not, please let us know the filename of the report at email@example.com and we will look into the issue.
