I am using 4.0.7 and 4.0.6 but both shows 0 Mb/s peak or average on the ISL trunked summary. This used to work when we had ISL but not when we upgraded to ICL.
Could you send an email to SHAdmin@brocade.com and let them know the BSH file name that contains a director with the ICL showing as having no traffic.
