SAN Health Vs Cisco MDS 9124e

Our SAN is a hodgepodge of Brocade, McDATA and Cisco 9124e switches. When I use the SAN Health check it goes through all the motions and appears to be gathering data from the Cisco 9124e switches. But when I get my report back I get "No Active Ports Found" in the report. The McData and Brocade are fine in the report. Is there check box I am missing someplace because there are active ports?
