Is there any way to see where in the processing queue your jobs are and/or delete jobs that are pending processing?
I know you say 1-8 hours is normal and to wait for upto 48 hours, but until today I have never waited longer than about an hour for the report to arrive back.
Also, I mistakenly sent a few jobs for processing that were misconfigured (paper size, report style). I emailed both email@example.com and SANHealth.Admin@broadcom.com asking for them to be deleted; but I have not heard anything after 5 hours?
