i have 2 servers running bna 12.1.5 and the san port health dashboard is not getting any information

all of my port health widgets are blank on both servers. this was working after we re-installed the application but has stopped working again. any help would be appreciated.


the blank widget windows show "No out of range violations found"


one of the two servers will work for a while following a reboot. we monitor several types of switches using BNA that range from 4100's to DCX-4S and running 7.x firmware.


any help would be appreciated.
