This Perl script logs in to a switch, gathers a list of all switches and ports, and for each port gathers the current performance data. This data is written to an HTML file which contains a table for each switch, and a graph for each port.

Operating System Windows NT, Windows 2000 and XP should work, but were not tested.

Interface Perl and HTML

Fabric Operating System One of the following at a minimum:

Other Brcd API Scripting Toolkit 1.04 or greater. Perl version 5.61 or greater. Internet Explorer 5.5 or later.

Install Perl first, and make sure it works from a Command Prompt.
Install the Brcd API Perl module.
Extract all files from the Winzip archive to a single folder.
Modify 'sanports.txt' to suit your environment. If you do not want to use this, you must modify ''.
From a Command Prompt run 'perl -x'.
Open up the generated 'sanperf.html' in a web browser.
NOTE: Because of the heavy use of tables the page load may be slow. It takes just under 10 seconds to load the page in our environment (64 fabric ports).
