DCFM 10.4.5 Zoning issues

Seems that my DCFM install does not refresh properly its Zoning DB.

I created yesterday 3 Zones using the Zone Admin (GUI) and they are not showing up within DCFM Zoning.  I tried to issue a refresh from DCFM zoning but no go.

Anyone experienced this and have a solution???
