Cannot connect with the SMI Agent, BNA v12.0



We have 2 host i.e. Host A and Host B.


Host A has HTnM Switch Agent v8.0 installed on Windows Server 2012 Standard Edition.

Host B has BNA v12.0 which has integrated SMI Agent installed monitoring DCX switches.


HTnM Switch Agent on Host A is unable to connect with SMI Agent on Host B. There seems to be some connectivity issue.


Kindly advise on the same ASAP as its a production issue.
