When remote users try to access the BNA web portal, they get a blank screen (with a P in the upper left corner). If I launch the web portal from the BNA host, I get the login screen. We have verified that port 443 is open. BNA appears to be responding, but the users get a blank screen rather than the login prompt. BNA 14.2.2 (IBM branded).
