BNA - configure VLAN - error ?!?

I tried to configure a new VLAN using BNA (14.0.1). The software just shows an authentication error.

We set up the devices individual with username/password and also with snmp v3 (the same on all devices).

Configuration can be seen correctly, also all settings. How can I check in detail what's wrong (username/password, snmp,...)

Update BNA: Where can I find  a document descriping the update procedure for BNA on LINUX to get from 14.0 -> 14.3 ?
