BNA 12.4.4 showing innacurate ISL connection count

We are running BNA 12.4.4 and on the topology map panel, when put mouse over the ISL line, bna Shows only one connection. It is known that on the mouseover the bna show a trunk as one connection, so thats ok till now. but, when double click on the ISL line, the connection properties shows only one ISL port. But when go to the switch's CLI, the islshow command displays an ISL that is a two member trunk.

I have 400 managed brocade devices between Directors, switches and blade modules (HPE C7000 chassis) and couldn't find any differences from other ISL's that are shown correctly (one connection in mouseover and two ports on connection properties).

Any toughts ?
