    All Community Members,

If your username is your email address or partial email address this post pertains to your profile on the Brocade Community.

To protect your email address from SPAM, please change your username from your email address username@domain.com to something else other than an email. (Example: firstname.lastname, networkguru, sanman) Email addresses are kept private in your profile and should not be opening shared on the community or open to allow spam bots to crawl your profile page or community posts. (Note: This will protect you from SPAM created by crawlers scraping the community for email addresses.)  Instructions are below.

Please contact me by  posting a reply to this forum message.

Note: We are working on our registration process to help new Community Members to avoid this from happening in the future.

    Thanks

    Hello Jason,

I have not found any way to send a PM in Brocade's Community portal - hence this message/reply.
My name is Dan Johansson and not "Antonio Bongiorno TechHelp24"!!!
When I log into "MyBrocade" the system correctly identifies me as "Dan Johansson" and all info under "My Profile" are correct (E-mail, Name, Company and so on), but when I go to the Community I suddenly "becomes" "Antonio Bongiorno TechHelp24" (who seems to be an user who has been i the community some time). Looking at "My Settings" in the Community I see the information for Antonio.
I also get E-mails to my email-address which are addressed to Antonio (the emails starts with "Hi Antonio Bongiorno TechHelp24,").

Can you help me (us) setting things strait?

    Kind Regards
    Dan Johansson
