maybe some of You have encountered with such a problem?
I'm trying to register new licenses for switches
but the information appears as below :
"Customer email id domain could not be validated. Please try again later."
I can not open the problem because I get information that I do not have a registered product...
where can I report this problem?
I tried using the contact form and email to CSP_help@broadcom.com but no response...

is the switch from OEM ?
is the switch already registered by Brocade with different email address ?
what kind of license you wanto to generated ?

I have a same problem!
Cannot register license for IBM SAN24B-6, same message:
"Customer email id domain could not be validated. Please try again later"
ibm says it does not support the activation of licenses:

We have switches from Lenovo
I opened a ticket at Lenovo, (I was unable to contact with brocade/broadcom support)
I wonder how quickly the problem will be solved...
