portcgspeed set to 8Gbps, BNA showing port speed as 4Gbps

I have set some ISL ports hard set to 8Gbps however BNA port properties is showing the port speed as 4Gbps. I noticed the problem when looking at the historical perfromance graphs in BNA where 100% was equating to 4Gbps.

I have two fabrics with the same config, fab 1 is showing the issue in BNA but fab 2 isn't.

Any thoughts?

have you tried rediscovering the fabric in BNA?

CLIs Switchshow does show the fixed 8G speed?

CLIs sfpshow -f does also show correct information?
