Hi
Suddenly I can't login into SAN 40 port switch (Fabos 6.1.0c).
admin&password responsed with incorrect login
To reset admin user, select 3) enter command shell.
But "Boot PROM password has not been set" message appeared.
To recover Boot PROM password, where should i send the recovery string to get the Recovery password ?
Manual say " Send the recovery string generated in step4 to Brocade Customer Support"
I can't find Brocade Customer Support.

Boot PROM Password recovery and FabOS Password Recovery are two different thing.
Is the FabOS password or the Boot password lost ?

FabOS is lost.
I can't login with admin id.
In the process of recovery admin password, i got message " Boot PROM password not set"
How can i set Boot PROM password? Is there any command to set the BOOT PROM password ?

again both Password are two different thing.
Example, the Boot Password is like the Bios Password you Personal Computer, the FabOS Password is like a Password for you WindowsXP or another Operating Systems.
You must Reset the FabOS Password and not the Boot Prom Password. Trough the Boot Prom Recovery Password cannot be reset the FabOS PW
