Steps in upgrade Firmware for Brocade M5424 switches

We are looking for the steps involved in upgrading M5424 switches in Dell M1000E blade Enclosure. The switches are connected to 6100 Brocade Pricipal switches. We are upgrading from 6.4.x to 7.2.x and have all intermediate versions, looking for non-disruptive upgrade to 7.2. Since M5424 doesn't have usb ports we plan to use TFTP.

Looking for someone to expain the steps involved, also the steps involved to revert in case of any issues.

Thanks in advance
