S0,C0: Internal monitoring of faults has identified suspect hardware, blade may need to be reset or replaced: fault1:16, fault2

We are seeing the following error/warning on our DS5300 switch:

S0,C0: Internal monitoring of faults has identified suspect hardware, blade may need to be reset or replaced: fault1:16, fault2

S0,C0: Internal link errors have been reported, no hardware faults identified, continuing to monitor for errors: fault1:17, fau

We are running code v6.3.1a.  Would updating the OS possibly resolve the issue?  Is it safe to update the OS when the above is triggering?

Thanks in advance.

It's clearly something inside the box, perhaps fixed by an update perhaps not.

I these errors continue to pop up I would log a call with (OEM vendor) support to get to the bottom of this.

Have supportsaves ready for them
