Outbound Link Reset and C3DiscardTo


I'm started getting quite a few alerts about C3DiscardTo and latency bottlenecks tha last couple of days.

On one port that is connected to the storage, the error counter Outbound Link Reset increases with 1 every time I get an alert about C3DiscardTo on that port.

It the link reset performed by the switch to fix the C3DiscardTo problem, or is the reset the reason for the C3DiscardTo??
