Not all configuration changes appy from other switch after "configdownload" command

Hello,

Do I have to commit configuration after "configdownload" command ?

Hardware is 200E IBM branded 2005-B16 switch.

I've done configupload on ohter switch and configdownload to my swtich.

They are same switches (both 200E ) but some changes do not appy.

Done that on sdmin, root and factory accounts.

Rebooted switch. Also tryed switchenable / swtichdisable

No ideas left

In general is best to do a reboot.

But a word of caution, you normally don't do a configdownload of a complete config to another switch without editing the file first.

Its usually only about the fabric.ops parameters (etc) and the zoning why you would want an upload, well at least in my opinion.

Just out if curiousity, what changes where you expecting to happen and didn't?
