No Web Access to 3900 and cannot Ping

Periodically we lose web access to our 3900 runing Fabric OS v4.0. We have unplugged and replugged the cable to regain access previously. Currently we have this situation and have not been able to regain access. Any suggestions?

You should check the speed of the ethernet port of your network switch, and set the same on your 3900 with the serial cable.The speed should not be auto, as there are some trouble with this in some cases.

Thanks for your reply. I will do this. I did see from other threads that a lot of folks have had this problem.
