Hi is any one experianse with following error in Mc-Data router? pls need ur help to solve this.

have you tried to reload the FW trough TFTP ?

you need the exact FW and boot loader which is current installed and a running TFTP,
NT TFTP is attached, but you can use another TFTP

i can get the boot loder version but dont know how to get the current firmware version in this promt mode

actualy this is a test box dont have a warrenty
there is two type of firmware version "standerd and enterprise" wich one do i have to get ?

Short update!
Bootrom 1.03 was Supported for FW betwem 4.4.x and 4.7.x
At this Point, as mention in my preview Post, i would reload first the Bootprom trough TFTP, and then the FW.
Please Note, as fair as i remember here are different FW package available for the 1620 with and w/o compression, Standard and Enterprise.
