IBM 8852 blade center with dual Brocade 5470 SAN switches - load balancing

Both switches had stats cleared at the same time.  Now, one has 800m tx & rx on the ISL's,  the other has 1.3k on tx & rx.    I opened a hardware case with IBM and no hardware issues found.  Should the stats be fairly close to each other?

It'd be helpful if you share a diagram of the environment because with the current description I cannot figure out what the full picture.
