Firmware update gone awry.

Hello everyone.

So per recommended practices, I set out to update the firmware on my new Brocade 300 switches.  The first flash went swimmingly, however, the next update started, spat out a few messages about not being able to read the files, then spun off into a tizzy about not being able to update the system, listed a bunch of files and paths, hung for about 5 minutes, then reset.

Now the unit is resetting itself every 30 or so seconds.   I attached to the serial management port to find that the unit is attempting to come up, hits a spot stating "wrong magic number", then starts the process over.    Is there a way to go back to the factory defaults and start over?

....gone awry.

that does not go wrong by itself, it must be what happened during the update.

Ask you Local Reseller, you need here Help from Brocade Support, because it does not make sense here to experiments with a broken firmware.
