Effective configuration is not being displayed in web tools

We have a HP 2/16 switch (Brocade 3800) which for some reason will not show the effective configuration in the web tools.  We can make changes to the zoneing log off the web interface and log in again and they have gone, telnet in and you can see the config.  Im trying to avoid a reboot of the switch if possible.

we are running firmware 3.2.0a on this switch.

Any ides?

you must have done cfgsave but not cfgenable, if not do a cfgenable next time while doing a zoning. it will show u in effective configuration

BTW 3800 is end of support and EOL. just migrate to 8 gbps sw or do afirware upgrade to 3.2.1c
