EZSwitchSetup missing connections?

I've plugged the fibre cables into my storage controllers and servers, and plugged the other ends into my Brocade 300 according to the Typical Zoning configuration.


However, when I get to the Configure Ports and Connect Devices screen, it shows them all as missing connections.  All the lights on the Brocade show green, what could I be doing wrong?

We looked at your closed TAC case and see that you discovered that the storage controller was not actually licensed for FC and that you believed that was the issue behind your problem. We hope the issue is now resolved for you. If not, please don’t hesitate to engage us via this post or re-engage TAC.
