Dead serial port on silkworm 3850.

I am trying to reset the root and admin accounts on a brocade silkworm 3850, I can get into user account over telnet and the web interface but I get nothing out of the serial port to do the normal method of password reset. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi gcs8.  So i take it you changed the root password then?  If yes and you need the recovery firmware, only support can help you with that I'm afraid.  If no, though i cant officially give the root password, but you can find it with a quick google search.
