DCX CP0 not reachable via network but with direct connect

Hi all,


i am struggling with some issues on two DCX directors.

Initial configuration is done, everything is working fine, but when connecting the CP ports to our network, we have no ping (timeout).

When I connect directly with my notebook via LAN-Port everything works fine.


My network admin says, everything is configured correctly. We have other directors in the same subnet with same config and same switchport config. We are curious, why we do not get a connection via our network.


Network switches are set to 1G Full duplex, auto negotiated.

CP Ports are working fine with auto negiotation: Link mode: negotiated 1000baseT-FD, link ok

          RX packets:8654 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:8478 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000

Did you try hafailover if your cp0 is active or just rebooting cp0 if it is passive?
