DCFM displays switch unreachable

I've been getting these intermittent errors from DCFM which look something like this.

Data Center Fabric Manager Version: 10.4.5 Data Center
Fabric Manager Build: 3 Data Center Fabric Manager Server Address:

Date: Tue Jan 29 03:10:13 EST 2013

Event: Switch reachable. It had gone unreachable at
1/29/13 3:07 AM

Severity: Info

IP Address: X.X.X.X

Source: EVA2BROC3

Can anyone tell me specifically what this is referring too?  Also how can this be corrected.  In checking switch events I'm not seeing any indication of switch errors, reboots etc.  I have approximately 25 switches I monitor and the lowest firmware version I'm running is 6.20.g.  This switch indicated above is running at 6.20.g.

This message usually means that a switch has lost and recovered IP manageability, I'd recommend you to check the LAN.

Re: DCFM displays switch unreachable

Usually when I see this it's related to either duplex settings mismatch on either the DCFM Ethernet NIC or the switch Ethernet management ports. If you capture a supportshow you'll see reference to eth0 on the switch. The supportshow will display whether there is any dropped packets or collissions on these ports.
