Current transaction token is 0x5214 : It is abortable

Hi, one of the team recently encountered an error whilst zoning on Fabric OS: v7.4.1b:

Alias below
cfgsave                                             ===> "GR_FCS3" not found
cfgenable "C_FABRICA_PROD" ===> "GR_FCS3" not found

Having checked there is no entry for the above alias.

However, in checking transactions I noticed:

cfgtransshow --opentrans
Current transaction token is 0x5214
It is abortable

Transactions Detect: Capable

Current Open Transactions
Domain List:
------------
11

Before I abort it, just checking if anyone knows how to check what the transaction relates to?

thanks rob

Hello,

as i know there is no option to check to which set of commands the open transaction token belong or check transaction buffer.

But as you know domain ID you may logg in to the switch and check clihistory.

It looks like that you remove/add alias which is not currently in config.

The transaction which you see may be transaction where the changes has been performed (before cfgsave command)

You may check list of active sessions via command, so you can find out source IP address.

killtelnet

If you abort trasnaction nothing will happened, it will only "remove"(not commit)  all config related commands from config issued before last save (cfgsave/enable/disable) command.

Same situation will occure when you put command like alicreate and logout from switch withotu cfgsave/enable/...
