Config backup without network

I have a switch that appears to have a bad management/ethernet port (telnet and GUI not working). I do not have a config backup (configupload), but I am able to log the output of configshow to the serial port. If I need to replace the switch, can I capture that to a text file, and restore via configdownload? Or is there some other way I can save the config?

Re: Config backup without network

Yes, you can capture the output and place it in a text file.  If you need one, I can send you a sample config so you can ensure the format is the same.
