Brocade 8000solid amber port light

I'm trying to set up an initiator-switch-target. Currently my switch-target link (Fibre Channel link) is working properly, but my initiator-switch link (Fibre Channel over Ethernet) is not. The initiaor has a NIC - Intel X520-DA2 in it which the link is attached to, and once I plug it into the Brocade 8000, the port light on it becomes a solid amber color (all the other FCoE ports are blinking amber).

I am unsure as to why this link is not working. Could I possibly have to change the vlan so that the ports are the same or is there something else I am missing?

Thanks for all the help!
