Brocade 7800 Downgrade Problem

I have 2 Brocade 7800 SAN routers, They had version v6.3.2b.

I upgraded to version v6.4.1a and I noticed that I had some problems with older models (Brocade 3900).

In version v6.3.2b everthing was working fine and now I need to downgrade back to v6.3.2b but I'm always getting this error:

Checking system settings for firmwaredownload...

Failed to access ftp://hugo:*************************@

The server is inaccessible or firmware path is invalid. Please make sure the server name or IP address, the user/password and the firmware path are valid.

I'm sure I'm doing everything correctly, I have done a lot of upgrades and downgrades.

The FTP server is up and running.

The folder contents are good. (I have done other upgrades from that folder)

The name I insert is correct. I tried v6.3.2b and just in case v6.3.2b/release.plist

Any help with this would be apreciated has I'm stuck at this point

Thank you

Re: Brocade 7800 Downgrade Problem

I'm sorry someone had block FTP in my router so the switch could not access the FTP for the firmware Downgrade.
