I assume the switch is under maintenance?? If so then log a case with your service provider. He can take the appropriate actions to either fix it or replace the switch.
I've you bought it from E-bay I think you have to talk to the person who sold it to you. If you purchaged it from an OEM without maintenance (very unlikely they do that) then it depends if the product is still under warranty. If not you're out of luck and either have to by a new one or pay time and materials to get the problem fixed if at all possible.
