Boot PROM Password Recovery

Can someone help me recover the PROM password for a switch that was given to me?  I would like to test the switch.  The Root account also has an unknown password.  Thanks.

Send the following string to Customer
Support for password recovery:

Boot Prom Password can only be resetted by Brocade Support.
