There is some requirement for add the new DS-300B switch to existing fabric and configure the ISL. Kindly share the procedure.

Yes the fabric.ops values like

fabric.ops.E_D_TOV
fabric.ops.R_A_TOV
Need to be the same on both switches.

The Domain ID needs to be unique.

You may what to check for FW compatibility and licensing.

Also the ports designated to become the new ISL, on both a running and new switch, need to be configured with the same settings.

So you may want to check whether those ports can actually become an E-port, and if that's possible the which settings does it currently have.

Also for the fabric to merge succesful, you either copy the zone db to the new switch manually and then make your ISL connection OR you make sure there is no zoning active, switchdisable the new switch and then make your ISL and switchenable the switch again.
