Guess FC4-16IP blade has 8 FC ports & 8 GbE Ports , and ASIC is Condor ASIC which operates at 1,2,4 Gbps..
i like to know how many ASIC present in FC4-16IP blade? & ports managed by each ASIC?
Thanks in Advance

can we install FC4-16IP blade on DCX switch? i seen in doc that FC4-16IP only for 48000.

You have one FC-ASIC for all SAN ports. You can run 1,2,4 gbit line speed on the SAN ports. All SAN ports are managed by this single ASIC.
Each Ethernet has its own chip set. I am not sure if the Ethernet stuff is managed in an FPGA. I think there is another chip on the board which will act as a bridge to the FC ASIC.

As far as I know the blade is only supported in 48000 director switches.

1x Power PC 440GX ( 800 MHz )
512MB SDRAM
1x PCI Bridge
1x 512MB Compact Flash.
1x iFlipper
1x Condor ASIC
8x GE Broadcom BCM1125H - each with 256MB DDR SDRAM
The iFlipper is a field programmable gate array which provides some of the iSCSI Conversion from the Condor ASIC.
There is a mini version of FOS located on CF.

It is the FX8-24 Blade
here some details
The Blade consist of TWO Independent FCIP Complex 0 + 1 for Data Path.
Each Complex have a own Blaster FPGA and Cavium Processor
Additional, the L2 Switch ASIC provide for communication betwen Complex 0 + 1
The Condor2 - single - ASIC is shared between both Complex.
Switch Type = Blade ID is 75
