5100 and ISL Trunk & port locations

Are there any location requirements for ports to belong to trunk group?

Is it true, that port in trunk group have to be from the scope 0-7, 8-15, etc. or it can be any port index combination?

A trunk group can only be created in the same Port Group as youself descipted 0-7, 8-15 and so on.
