    If all else fails, you can call support. They may still haev this tool for 14. although this isn't specifically stated.

    Download SMTP4DEV tool from google search Install it and keep it open Click on forget password button and type admin and you might see that SMTP4DEV have captured the email sent for resetting the password Rest is self explainable
