    Pls see the attached file .Symantec block the pendrive and the there are meesages kept in Client Managment > Security Log

    its enabled by application and device control policy; u need to withdraw the policy

    open sepm

    click on policies

    select application and device control policy

    select withdraw ; select the group

    this wil enable the pendrive.

    Do you have access to your SEPM?If yes add the device ID of your USB drive to exceptions.Refer this KB

     

     

    How to block USB Thumb Drives and USB Hard Drives, but allow specific USB Drives in the Application and Device Control Policy in Symantec Endpoint Protection.

    Open add/remove programs

    select symantec endpoint protection

    select modify

    remove network threat protection and proactive threat protection

    complete the install

    reboot

    you should be able to access the USB
