  • 1.  Download of Blue Coat database failed

    Hi 

     

    can someone help me to resolve the database failed issue , im getting Download of Blue Coat database failed , i tried to disable the bluecoat provider , then purge & download , now it is hung

     in Database load in progress..., let me know how can i fix this.

    Hi Ganesh,

     

    Please intiate the download manually. Please check what is the error you are getting while download. If it failed 401-unauthorized error, the BCWF subscribtion user name might be expired. For this you have to check with TAC.
