We have one client that previously installed Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 onto their server and numerous that we have installed and manage via Symantec.Cloud. We like that because we can check on the status of all of our clients' servers at one time.

Is there a way to convert the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition so that we monitor it with the others on Symantec.Cloud?

I believe you can convert SEP SBE 2012 to SEP SBE 2013 but you won't be able to convert SEP Enterprise to SEP SBE 2013. It is a downgrade and not supported.

Thanks for the info. It usually isn't what you want to hear, but at least I know how to move forward now. We'll just wait for the original subscription to end, then change products.

    Thanks, again.
